The location was great. The train station was very close. The rooms were clean and well kept. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

The room smelled like new decoration, very pungent. I opened the windows all night. It did not help much. The smell was still there, but I had to deal with it.

The hotel's location proved to be VERY convenient for accessing the cruise ports. I found the staff helpful . The front desk staff gave excellent directions to a nearby pub. I watched some soccer matches there, and it was a nice experience.

The bed mattress was quite hard, which affected sleep quality.

Parking was available for £10 per night. This was beneficial for those with vehicles. A McDonald's is situated just a minute's walk from the hotel, and a TGI Friday provides additional dining options SO close by.

i enjoyed my short stay before my cruise. it was convenient that it was just a quick walk to a mcdonald's and a boots store in the retail park. the room was clean and tidy, and i found the ground floor location, next to the unisex toilet, quite useful (especially for quick access).

the breakfast was quite limited when i went at 8:45 am. there was a lack of mugs and plates.

the room featured a double bed and an overhead bunk. the layout included the shower and basin in the main room, while the toilet had its own cubicle. a fan was available, good since there was no air conditioning.
